Learn About Bequests

What are the benefits of making a bequest?

  1. A bequest does not go into effect until you are promoted to heaven, so it will not affect your current finances at all.
  2. Through a bequest, you are leaving a legacy of your life and faith here at FUMC.
  3. Since anyone can make a bequest, it allows you to help bless the ministry of your church for years to come.
  4. You may lessen the burden of taxes on your family and may receive estate tax savings.
